The location of the hotel was perfect, especially for skiing and enjoying the nearby attractions. The convenience of having a gondola behind the hotel was a major plus, and the views from the balconies were absolutely stunning. Additionally, the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly and courteous, providing excellent customer service.
While there were some positive aspects, there were a few disappointing aspects as well. First, the unit we stayed in could use some improvements.
